Terms of Service

A "Claimed Comment" reservation for a specific numbered day of the @6700days countdown. When you pay for a day, you reserve the right for a single, moderator-approved comment to be screenshotted and featured in the video for that day.

Only one Claimed Comment exists per day. Once a day is sold, it is no longer available to anyone else.

1. You pick an open day and verify your email.
2. You submit your Instagram username and your proposed comment.
3. You pay via Stripe. Payment locks the day to you.
4. You post the same comment under the most recent countdown video from your Instagram account.
5. The operator reviews your comment. Once approved, a screenshot of it is featured in the video for the day you bought.

Comments must be genuine and personal. They may not contain:

• Promotion, advertising, or brand mentions.
• Links or contact information.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or targeted attacks.
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise unsafe content.
• Impersonation or misleading claims.

If a submitted comment breaks these rules, it will be rejected. The day stays reserved and no automatic refund is issued — you may submit a revised comment for the operator to review instead (see Refunds).

Refunds are handled manually, case by case, by the operator. There is no automatic refund flow.

Typical situations:

• Duplicate payment / technical error: full refund.
• Day cannot be delivered (e.g. the countdown ends before your day, or the account becomes unavailable): full refund.
• You change your mind before your comment is featured: may be refunded at the operator's discretion, minus any payment processing fees.
• Comment rejected for breaking the rules: no automatic refund. You can submit a revised comment; if no acceptable version can be agreed on, a partial or full refund may be offered at the operator's discretion.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices shown at checkout are the final price in EUR.

An account is created for you when you make a purchase (or directly on the sign-up page) so you can view your reservation and its approval status. There's no password to manage: sign-in works through one-time 6-digit codes sent to your email. Keep access to your email address secure, since anyone with access to your email can request a login code for your account.

This is a personal project. The site is provided as-is, with no guaranteed uptime. If something goes wrong that affects a paid reservation, contact us and we'll make it right — either by re-delivering the claimed comment or by refunding you.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator's total liability for anything related to your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for your reservation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

These terms can be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Reservations already paid for are governed by the terms in effect when you paid.
